ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival: You will be greeted between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. and if you wish to arrive earlier or later, please let us know when booking.
Departure: We thank you to vacate your room at 12 noon, however you can leave your luggage and enjoy our sunny terrace.
LOCAL TAXES
We are registered as a "Boutique hotel" and are not included in our rates the Tourist Promotion Tax (TPT): 15 DHS per person per day, the Municipal Tax: 11 DHS per person and per day (Tourist tax ). These taxes are paid to the city of Essaouira and to the Moroccan National Tourist Office.
CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL BEDS
All children under the age of 3 stay free of charge, we are equipped with a baby cot, inquire when booking.
From 7 years old, each additional person will be charged 495 Dhs (45 €) / night. The establishment reserves the right to confirm this availability.
These supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation and must be paid, separately, directly with the establishment upon departure.
BREAKFAST
They are included in the price of our rooms and can be taken in the room or on the terrace.
SMOKING
For security reasons, the rooms are completely non-smoking, with the exception of terraces and patios, private balconies in your rooms.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the establishment.
PARKING AND DOORMAN
With its location at the entrance to the medina, Madada Mogador does not have private parking but our drivers will drop you off at our establishment.
He will contact us by phone, 15 minutes before your arrival in Essaouira, so that we can help you with your luggage.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS PRICES
The prices are valid for two people per room per day and include VAT, breakfast, access to wifi by fiber optics.
The prices indicated are in Euros. Billing is carried out in local currency, that is to say in Moroccan dirhams (DHS). The exchange rate is that of the day.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Our cancellation conditions only concern our customers and not travel agencies. The latter are invited to contact the Riad directly to make their reservation and to find out their own cancellation conditions.
No cancellation fees for any reservation until December 21, 2020 but our teams count on you to quickly inform us if you have an obstacle.
For reservations between December 21 and January 4, 100% of the reservation amount will be required 30 days before. Any cancellation from these 30 days will result in a total non-reimbursement of the costs of your stay.
OUR HOTEL BOUTIQUE EXCLUSIVE
Possible stay of 3 nights minimum house staff included (concierge, chef, room staff, driver, night audit).
The number of guests accommodated cannot exceed the maximum capacity of 22 people.
The reservation is guaranteed upon payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
