Updated information relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Extension of the cancellation policy

Faced with the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the latest advice and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization, but also from local authorities in within the country in which we operate our activity. For updated information and additional details, please refer to WHO and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
We have set up crisis management teams with solid processes. In collaboration with a team of experts, we reviewed the existing health and safety processes, and developed the MADADA safety protocol. This in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol has been specially designed to guarantee your safety and peace of mind, from arrival to departure.
We are constantly monitoring and following changes in the recommendations and guidelines of local governments in order to continue working to provide the best possible service while preserving the safety of our customers and associates in accordance with the requirements issued by these local authorities.

Our Cancellation Policy
We regularly modify our cancellation policy to reflect the most recent changes in relation to the COVID-19, as well as any official travel and meeting restrictions, any suspension or any measure relating to the quarantine and containment announced by international governments. We want to offer you as much flexibility and organizational ease as possible.
As of July 1, 2020, our cancellation policy is subject to the following changes, which include in particular certain clarifications and additional explanations concerning the existing procedures:
Individual reservations:
For existing reservations made before April 1, 2020 for stays until October 30, 2020 and subject to local regulations and variations applicable to the legal entity of MADADA, we authorize:
- Free modifications, subject to availability and / or any price difference.
- Free cancellations, except in the following cases: If a deposit has been paid for an existing reservation, we will refund the full amount to you in the form of a credit to be exchanged for your next stay within one year from from the date of cancellation.
For new bookings made between July 1 and December 21, 2020, we authorize:
- Free changes up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Any modification to a current reservation is subject to availability and / or any price difference.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your arrival date.
